Why cant I sleep on my side after getting my covid vaccine? I just got the shot and I’ve been overstimulated from not being able to sleep, my arm is very sore and it hurts so much to move and I just want to sleep but it hurts if I lay on either side

its usually not both arms since you got your injection into one arm only
when I got my first vaccination, I had a minor sensation in the arm where I got the injection which lasted about 6 hours and I chose to sleep on the other side the next night, that was all.
